Craig Pollack Founder & CEO

Since inception, Craig has provided the strategy and direction for FPA, ensuring its clients, their business owners, and key decision makers leverage technology effectively to achieve their business objectives. Craig focuses on ensuring that the technologies implemented by clients are "business centric" and key components of their businesses' success, and that this approach is shared by every staff member of FPA. While acting as the trusted advisor for many clients, Craig also provides expertise for FPA in the Investment Counsel, CPA, and Cemetery and Mortuary vertical markets.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science focused on Business Systems Design from California State University Northridge. Craig began his professional career more than 20 years ago working with clients by creating custom business applications as well as implementing and supporting their network infrastructure. Craig is married with 3 young kids and enjoys his free time playing guitar, hockey, and wakeboarding in between coaching his kids' sports teams.

Alex Kazmin Director of Consulting Services & Chief Technology Officer

 Alex focuses on the productivity of the group providing all network infrastructure related implementation and support services provided by FPA. He is also responsible for setting and ensuring that all Quality of Service measurements are met while adhering to each of FPA's Core Values. In addition to being the group leader and mentor, Alex is also the lead technical resource for all Network Services as well as a Technical Account Manager for specific clients. Alex balances all of these responsibilities while developing the technical and consulting skills of individual group members. In addition, as FPA's CTO Alex drives the technical direction and solutions offered by FPA to our clients.
Alex has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry as well an A.S. in Computer Science from Brick Computer Science Institute. Alex recently celebrated his 13 year anniversary with FPA. He's married with 2 kids and enjoys his free time deep sea fishing and skiing.

Americo Dell'Orco Manager of NOC & Remote Services
|
 Americo is responsible for managing our Network Operations Center ensuring we're providing high quality proactive monitoring, management, and administrative services for our clients' networks. He is also responsible for managing our remote HelpDesk services. He sets and ensures that all Quality of Service measurements related to our NOC and HelpDesk are met while adhering to our Core Values. In addition to defining and overseeing the policies and procedures related to our NOC & Remote Services, Americo also acts as a Technical Account Manager for specific clients. Americo balances these responsibilities while developing the technical and consulting skills of individual group members.
Americo has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry as well as retired with the rank of Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps. He's married with one child and enjoys his free time riding his Harley.

Scott Harrington Client Relationship Manager

 Scott focuses on developing and managing new and existing client relationships. One of Scott's keys to success is his unique ability of bringing a business perspective to implementing technology solutions. Scott's experience as a former business owner allows him to listen to clients' concerns related to their technology systems and be able to provide cost effective solutions with remarkable success. As a Client Relationship Manager, Scott leverages his years of experience as a Technical Account Manager at FPA giving him the unique ability to provide proven technical solutions.
Prior to joining FPA, Scott previously owned and operated a Managed IT Service Provider in the San Diego area. Prior to that Scott served in the U.S. Navy. Scott spends much of his free time surfing and playing guitar.

Matt Spero Manager of Implementation Services
|
 Matt oversees our Implementation Services Team which is the team responsible for performing our larger and more advanced implementation projects for our clients. In addition, Matt also oversees all of our technical vendor relations and related certifications. He works with all of our staff helping to set and achieve their personal development goals related to improving their technical skills. Matt has the unique ability to take the most technical situation and break it down to be understandable by the lay-person.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University Northridge. Matt's married and as a new dad spends as much time as possible with his baby girl. In his free time he enjoys "playing" with technology evaluating and learning new technologies.

Dee Perez Manager of Operations

 Dee focuses on managing and driving the overall operations of the company. Her ability to effectively prioritize and address client business needs as well as drive and continually improve our systems and processes is supported by her nearly 20 years of experience with FPA. Despite FPA’s continued growth through the years, clients are acquainted with her on a first name basis and due to the client relationships that she has helped establish and nurture, clients know that their requests will always be handled timely.
Dee holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University Northridge. Dee recently celebrated her 15 year anniversary with FPA. She's married and spends as much time as possible with her twin boys. She is also a music fan(atic) and in her free time attends as many concerts and shows as possible.

Jun Aquino Chief Architect (Development Services Group)
|
 Jun focuses on the design and development of the custom business systems FPA develops. He provides oversight and project management for some of the more complex development projects. In addition, he oversees Quality Assurance for programming completed by other FPA developers. Under Jun's guidance, FPA has developed a number of key systems including MACCS, KITS, and CAS (our own internal Client Activity System).
Jun possesses several highly specialized technical degrees from the Don Bosco Technical College (Manila) and the Systems Technical Institute. Jun is married with 4 kids and enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music.

Todd Beldner Controller
|
 Todd is responsible for all the financial reporting aspects of FPA. He oversees the monthly billing process, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, 401k compliance, as well as all financial reporting.
Todd is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing and holds an Accounting degree from California State University Northridge and has over two decades of advanced accounting and human resources experience.
Todd enjoys his free time traveling and adventure seeking.
