Dee Perez

Director of Client Advocacy and Retention

As Director of Client Advocacy and Retention, Dee is responsible for the overall "health" of our clients as well as our staff.  In addition to sourcing, training, and retaining our staff, she ensures internally and externally that FPA is delivering the highest client service experience a professional services firm can deliver.  Her ability to literally eat, breathe, and sleep client service is due to her 20+ years of experience with FPA. Despite FPA’s continued growth over the years, clients are acquainted with her on a first name basis and due to the client relationships that she has helped establish and nurture, clients know that their requests will always be handled timely.

Dee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge.  She's married and spends as much time as possible with her twin boys.  She is also a music fan(atic) and in her free time attends as many concerts and shows as possible.
