Richard has been a sales leader for over 20 years and has led both small business as well as enterprise teams. Richard is a “servant leader” who believes personal and professional growth and improvement happens when helping others to reach their potential. Richard also employs the concept of the “no sales sales approach” where the goal of business development is about the delivery of value first as well as the need for every exchange to be a win-win. In his role, Richard will be charged with the overall responsibility of developing new client engagements as well as ensuring existing client engagements are well optimized.
