Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a professional individual to work as a Procurement Coordinator. This person will be tasked with creating quotes for client purchases, managing client licensing renewals, order fulfillment, as well as vendor relations management. In addition, this person will also be tasked with performing specific general office administrative support tasks.

Job Description

We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience working with sales tracking and CRM business systems
  • In depth experience and advanced capabilities in the following applications: MS-Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, CRM
  • Fluent in Client Service concepts
  • Experience managing technical inventory
  • Experience delivering a high quality work product in an accurate, highly organized, efficient, and effective manner
  • High level written communication capabilities
  • Intensely detail oriented!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal people skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, on your own, and interact well with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to deal with conflicting demands to prioritize, address, and resolve recurring and onetime issues all while communicating consistently and effectively
