IT Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated IT Account Manager to join our team! Come be part of a team working closely with our clients and our Director of Client Service Delivery. This individual will work remotely from our office in Woodland Hills, as well as onsite at our clients' place of business. Our relationships with our clients are on-going partnerships acting as their trusted technology advisors. Most of our clients are located within a 5-25 mile radius of our offices. We are looking for IT professionals who have the experience (both in professional technical consulting and customer service skills) needed to ensure success for themselves, their team members, and our clients. Job Description

We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:

  • IT Consulting Background
  • Knowledge and technical skills implementing and supporting the following "Windows stack" technologies: servers, workstations, storage, virtualization, and related network components
  • Knowledge and ability in implementing and supporting routing, switching, and firewalls for TCP/IP networking
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements
  • Consistently provide high quality and standardized professional services
  • Solid troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Project professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure
