Job Description
|
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to perform onsite and remote technical consulting services for FPA clients including the implementation, administration, maintenance and support of servers, workstations, network components, and application software. You will work as a member of a consultative project team led by an experienced Project Manager ensuring responsive, efficient, and effective technical consulting services for networks supported by FPA. You will be charged with performing various network management and administration tasks onsite at client locations as well as solving technical network issues related to problems within Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Terminal Server, routers, switches, firewalls, and industry standard applications.
We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:

- Three to Five years experience in IT performing network implementation, maintenance, administration, support, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Knowledge and experience with MS-Windows Server, MS-Windows Workstation operating systems as well as MS-Exchange Server and MS-SQL Server
- Knowledge and experience with WAN concepts, firewalls, routers, VPN's, etc
- Intensely detail oriented!
- Strong communication and interpersonal people skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in constantly changing work environments between different clients
- Ability to work well as part of a team, on your own, and interact well with individuals at all levels of an organization

We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer to act as a first responder remotely addressing various end-user helpdesk support requests coming into our office from client sites. You will work as a member of a critical remote support team led by an experienced Manager remotely supporting clients as well as onsite FPA consultants. You will be charged with remotely performing various analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution tasks to address desktop and network issues related to Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server, network infrastructure, firewalls, network connectivity, handhelds, business applications and desktops.
