Our consultants are experienced professionals with
prior business and accounting experience who can
understand the accounting needs of your business
and provide specific accounting system know-how
and training for your particular system. We
provide a comprehensive analysis of business requirements
including data relevance and accessibility, as well

security considerations. We will then provide
a recommendation of an automated accounting solution
with various implementation options.
System Configuration
FPA works closely with your accountant to approve
the chart of accounts, beginning balances, report
formats, and both manual and computerized procedures.
We setup the required system parameters from the
start. We determine system coding structures
such as the format for the chart of accounts codes,
vendor codes, customer codes and all additionally
required codes. We provide for data conversion
either through programmed conversion processes or
supervision of manual data entry operators.
Installation
When purchased through FPA, we deliver all software
modules and manuals to the client's office.
Once on-site, we will install the required software
in designated locations. We test all software
to verify proper operation which includes system
configuration for network situations such as proper
printer settings as well as security measures.
Training
Our accounting system implementation plan always
includes the development of manual and automated
operating procedures. We provide on-site education
of all key personnel regarding the proper operation
of the system. In addition to the standard
operating manuals provided with the accounting software,
we also provide FPA prepared manuals of daily operations
for ease of understanding and use.
Data Conversion
Data Conversion services include conversion of primary
and transaction files from prior systems as well
as data entry support for manual system conversions.
Our consultants and programmers have experience
in converting data from a variety of sources.
We plan the conversion, design the data flow, implement
the program that performs the conversion, and test
the results following the conversion.

In our role as a Sage MAS 90 and 200 Master Developer,
we have the ability to customize Sage MAS 90 and 200
to almost any specifications for our clients.

On-Site, Modem, and Telephone Support
After the initial training period, clients may require
additional on-site training, periodic repair and
maintenance of data files, or simple explanations
of program functions. We can provide this
service to clients as needed or on a scheduled monthly
basis.
We support our clients and their systems through
various means. Although most questions can
be answered by telephone support calls, responsive
on-site service is one of our strengths. Using
pcAnywhere remote access communications software,
we also have the ability for quick, on-line troubleshooting.
