Faye, Pollack & Associates, Inc. has
developed a product to allow users to create up to eight
(8) custom fields on Sage MAS 90 and 200 sales orders and
invoices. Users can define the field name, the field
type (text, numeric, or date), and field size. The
custom fields are placed on a new custom tab created
in the sales order. Once the fields have been created,
data can be entered through sales order entry and
invoice entry. Unlike the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Customizer,
the FPA Custom Fields Enhancement allows the data to
automatically flow from the sales order to the invoice
to invoice history. The availability of
this data in invoice history, without any rekeying after
sales order entry, allows you to produce powerful management
reports in the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Report Writer based on
this custom field information.
