System Design
We provide complete and comprehensive analysis of business

During the design phase, we determine information and
reporting requirements, user interfaces, and other system
efficiency considerations. The development of system
specifications include data file structures, data flow,
and menu organization. A competed system design
document is presented for client approval before any programming
begins.
Custom Programming
Our knowledgeable programming staff provide insight into

System Configuration
Our programming takes into account all specific configuration
issues, such as network environment, number, type, and
availability of printers, color or monochrome monitors,
and level of user. All programs are configured
for the proper system environment before they are installed.
Many times "Help Screens" are programmed into
the system to help provide our clients with a system
that is as easy to use and easy to learn as possible.
Installation
All executable modules and source code are delivered and
installed by Faye, Pollack & Associates, Inc. System
documentation, including file layouts and program flow
are provided with all systems. After the software
has been installed in its designated location, we test
all program functions to ensure correct operation.
In addition, we confirm the configuration of the software
with all hardware components.
Training
Our custom software implementation plan always includes
the development of operating procedures and system manuals
as well as formal and informal training on the system.
We provide on-site education of all key personnel regarding
the proper operation of the system. This includes
a structured training class for all management and staff
to be using the system, as well as follow-up visits for
more specific system training.
