ManageIT (Remote Network Monitoring, Management and Administration) is the base services level of our Managed IT Services offering.  This is where we proactively remotely monitor, manage, administer, and maintain the network infrastructure. Our remote management services can be broken down into the following areas:

SupportIT (Remote & Onsite Support) is the 2nd service level of our Managed IT Services offering.  This is where we actively provide remote and onsite system and end-user support.

ProtectIT (Unlimited Support, Enhanced Network Security, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) is the 3rd service level of our Managed IT Services offering.  This is where we include complete and total support of your current network infrastructure through the addition of unlimited onsite support, disaster recovery (server and workstation replacement services), business continuity planning, and network security services.

FPA offers Remote Network Monitoring and Alerting as an supplemental service to those of our clients who have inhouse IT departments helping to support them with our added capabilities.  Our monitoring system is offered under a "Software as a Service" delivery method so that there's no up front investment needed to get going.

GrowIT (Strategic IT Planning and Guidance) is the strategic portion of our Managed IT Services offering, incorporating strategic planning and direction from the most senior members of FPA. We leverage our knowledge and experience and literally act as an outsourced CIO integrating high level technology guidance into your business.
