Backflow Process Scheduling System (BPSS)
This system was developed to track down the production schedule of an order. It gives them the visibility of where the current order is in the manufacturing side of things. This provides them with different Scheduling and Progress Reports. It also allows them to create work orders for components that is needed for the order and track it as well.

Call Tracking System
This system was developed as an interactive call tracking tool to replace the paper message pad. Features include automatic paging and text messaging as well as automatic emailing when taking messages.

Client Support System
This system was developed as a knowledge management system to organize and optimize accessibility to client information (i.e.: contact info, network info, open issues, etc.). It allows for sophisticated searching and retrieval of all information. It tracks timesheet activity, work orders, and has a built-in knowledge base. In addition, the back-end database can be accessed via the internet.

Mortuary and Cemetery Client System (MACCS)
| This system was developed to provide one integrated mortuary and cemetery management system. This system provides access to real-time cemetery plot records as well as ongoing mortuary service information. It has a complete Accounts Receivable module as well as tracks serialized inventory. MACCS integrates with accounting software such as Sage MAS 90, MAS 200, and QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel as well as Crystal Reports. |

KITS™
| KITS™ is the only completely comprehensive support software for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) available on the market today. KITS™ was developed to address all the automation needs of a CSFP food bank including: application entry, kit issuance tracking, ongoing tracking of client history and correspondence, re-certification entry, detailed reporting, and remote worker/office data synchronization. Interfaces with Electronic Card Reader and Digital Signature. |

Insurance Tracking System
| This system was was developed to store and track information related to insurance clients, carriers, products, documentation and administrators. A module is presently under development which will track related finances. |

Portfolio Management Database
| This system was created to manage and track customers' individual financial portfolios. It includes a contact management system as well as many custom reports and listings. Notes can be posted in almost any section of the database. |

Real Estate Deals Database
| This database was developed as an additional module which was integrated into the Portfolio Management Database. It links to the contact management data and adds the ability to track real estate deals, brokerage firms and individual real estate brokers. |

Stored Cash Accounting System (SCAS)
| The Store Cash Accounting System will replace all manually stored spreadsheet entries. It also replaces the partially completed FoxPro application. The system allows users to enter their daily counts, transactions and deposits. All entries will be stored in a SQL database located in the Central Office. |

Secondary IPO Database
| This system was developed to track secondary initial public offerings and related broker distributions. Features include sophisticated reporting (which can be sorted and filtered by a number of criteria). |
