Phone
In general, most phone support calls are either answered immediately or returned within one hour. We have knowledgeable and dedicated support staff whose primary responsibility is phone support.
Remote System Support
Through the use of industry standard software like Symantec pcAnywhere, we can connect to our clients' systems through a dial-up modem or via the internet when needed.
Client Data Resource System
Through the use of our Client Login section, our clients can gain online self-service access to our knowledgebase, support database, procedures documents, and White Papers. Many times, this is all that is needed to address a particular issue.
Onsite
When all else fails or when nothing else will do, our consultants are available for onsite support as needed.
All support services are currently provided at our standard hourly billing rates.
