ENCINO, CA - FEBRUARY 5, 2010 - FPA Technology Services, Inc. (FPA), the leading IT Services and Support firm in the Los Angeles area, today announced that it has been recognized by leading remote monitoring and management software provider, Level Platforms, as their Partner Innovator of the Year. The award recognizes Craig Pollack of FPA Technology Services for advancing the innovative use of Level Platforms Managed Workplace, and for clearly demonstrating how their innovations have resulted in more efficient and competitive service delivery to their small and medium-sized business clients.
FPA Technology Services was one of only six award winners announced at the Level Platforms’ All Partner Event on February 4, 2010. The Level Platforms Partner Awards include Community Partner of the Year, Comeback of the Year, Innovator of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Partner of the Year. These awards acknowledge Level Platforms Partners for their success, as well as their commitment and contributions that they have made over the years, both in their partnership with Level Platforms and in the MSP community. A list of nominees and winners can be found in the News section of the Level Platforms website: www.levelplatforms.com.
A list of over 3000 Partners was compiled and analyzed by the Level Platforms Executive team. Between four and six Partners were nominated for each of the five award categories, and the winners were chosen based on careful evaluation of the top contenders. “The adoption of managed services across our entire industry has only succeeded thanks to companies who saw the enormous potential of this new model and were willing to take the first step. We have seen firsthand the positive results earned by those who have demonstrated the courage to forge innovations, combining real ingenuity with dedication to customer service. FPA Technology Services’ innovations in 2009 not only contributed to their success but also potentially impact how the entire industry can deliver services,” said Dan Wensley, Vice President Partner Development and Marketing, Level Platforms.
"We’re honored to be recognized by Level Platforms for our efforts at integrating their remote monitoring system into our already solid support processes, procedures, and methodologies allowing us to significantly improve the ongoing delivery of our network administration, management, and support services”, said Craig Pollack, Founder & CEO of FPA. “We look forward to continuing our working relationship with Level Platforms and the value we get from such an important strategic partnership.
FPA provides remote monitoring, alerting, and patch management as the foundation of their WeGetIT! Managed IT Services. Additional service levels include proactive network management and administration, remote end-user help desk support, and complete server restore and disaster recovery - all available at fixed fees. This technology and service delivery model allows FPA to deliver enhanced remote network support services while reducing the need for more costly and time-consuming onsite visits as in the past. Moving from a reactive response mode to a significantly more proactive one means that FPA clients under these programs experience higher network uptime, reduced likelihood of significant network issues, and lower long-term IT support costs.
“It’s invaluable to see your feedback and suggestions get integrated into Managed Workplace which ultimately improves the product for everyone. It's also incredibly satisfying to see the effect of our proactiveness on our clients' businesses and Managed Workplace is an integral part of that”, Pollack added.
