What is VERITAS Backup Exec™?

Because Backup Exec™ is compatible with all major software packages and has a flexible structure, it can be used to administer backups on configurations that evolve over time. Backup Exec's™ wizards and an intuitive interface make it easy for users of all levels to maintain. Backup Exec™ is available in NetWare, Windows, and Windows Small Business Server editions. All editions support a variety of client workstations. Additional functionality in the form of "Agents" and "Options" can be added as part of Backup Exec's™ flexible architecture.
