The palmOne Treo 650 Smartphone
The Treo 650 smartphone combines a compact mobile phone with e-mail, an organizer, messaging, and web access. Goodlink delivers your email as it arrives on your company's Exchange server so you can immediately read, compose and send email with the built-in QWERTY keyboard and large, easy-to-read screen. View attachments, visit links, even file messages in the same folders you have set up in Outlook. Goodlink also synchronizes Treo's calendar with the Exchange server so you can remotely schedule appointments and review conflicts. There's also no need to re-enter all your contacts into your Treo - if it's on your PC, it's on your smartphone. And because the Treo smartphone runs on Palm OS v5.x, your business can take advantage of the over 20,000 Palm OS software applications that are already available. You never have to sync your Palm again! It’s all done wirelessly.

GoodLink/Treo vs. BlackBerry
While the Blackberry has become the defacto standard, more and more organizations are looking for the true “convergent” device and are moving to Goodlink - companies like Dell, Visa, EDS, Verisign, and Microsoft. GoodLink 4.0 supports handhelds and mobile platforms that follow enterprise industry standards giving the user a wider range of product offerings than BlackBerry provides. Furthermore, GoodLink's “push” capabilities and wireless synchronization truly beats the Blackberry functionality in all areas. And wireless install/upgrade capabilities and enterprise-class data encryption aren't available with current BlackBerry hardware and software offerings. Given its high-level of functionality and flexible device choice, the GoodLink/Treo solution is recognized as the best mobile e-mail and messaging solution for the enterprise currently available.
