Client Manager Job Description

 
We are seeking a high caliber Client Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts while achieving aggressive business development goals for a value added reseller or other professional services firm serving middle market companies. You will promote FPA's professional services and software products to business owners, CFOs, controllers, and IT managers in the greater Los Angeles area. You will deliver compelling professional presentations which demonstrate the value of FPA’s IT services to growing small and medium-sized businesses. You will be charged with managing the ongoing "happiness" of existing client accounts and ensuring the value we provide to them. In addition to playing a critical role in FPA's ongoing growth plans, you will have the opportunity to help FPA's clients grow and become more successful.

Web Application Developer Job Description

 
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Web Application Developer to help develop custom web based business applications for our clients. This individual needs to possess the skills to design, develop, test and debug new and existing web services applications utilizing the .Net framework. The individual will work closely with other developers within the company to produce well-designed, functional and user friendly web services.

The successful candidate will have the following technical skills and capabilities:

    Strong skills in .NET (ASP.NET, VB, etc.), .Net Framework, Visual Studio, SQL, SQL scripts and stored procedures, Windows Server, IIS, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
    Knowledge and experience working in databases such as MS-SQL Server, MS-Access, MySQL, and IIS6+
    A strong understanding of structured programming concepts as well as object oriented languages and development methods
    Accounting System knowledge (A/R, G/L, Inventory), programming for transactional processes, as well as developing with audit trails in mind

Web Designer / Developer Job Description

 
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Web Designer / Developer to create graphically appealing web sites, intranets, and the foundation of web based applications. The Web Designer / Developer is responsible for shaping the look and feel of a Web site, including the overall tone and user interface as well as actually building the web pages themselves. You will work closely with management and clients to align content, production, features, and site promotions so they reinforce a consistent and satisfying user experience. The successful candidate must have a STRONG knowledge of design software and HTML, as well as an eye for emerging technologies

You will be responsible for designing and building sites for our clients along with performing the ongoing maintenance and development of our internal web sites. You should have a demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into system specifications as well as the desire and capability to work in a process-intensive, method-driven development environment.

The successful candidate must have STRONG skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash as well as HTML and CSS. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following skills:

    In-depth experience designing and developing websites with Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver, and Flash
    Thorough working knowledge in custom-coded HTML (WYSIWYG experience a plus, but ability to generate and edit raw code is a necessity), CSS, DHTML, XML, Javascript
    Design, layout, "branding", "message" conveyance, and usability capabilities
    a basic understanding integrating pages with MS-SQL Server, MS-Access, and MySQL
    Experience working on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality of deliverables and delivering on time and on budget
    Domain name registration and site hosting setup process, MS-IIS management, FTP, and RDC
    Experience with key Search Engine Optimization techniques such as keyword development and placement, etc.
    Understanding and experience with developing and managing web site usage reporting (ie: WebTrends)
    Proactive, quality communication (both verbal and written) with an ability to professionally interface with clients
    Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
    A results oriented approach to problem solving, meeting deadlines, and delivering finished product is required


Network Support Engineer Job Description

 
We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to act as the primary responder to address Windows Server, Workstation, and various network support requests coming into our office from our client sites. You will work as a member of a critical support team led by an experienced Project Manager remotely supporting clients as well as onsite FPA consultants. You will be charged with performing various network management and administration tasks remotely as well as solving network related issues related to Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange Server, network infrastructure, firewalls, network connectivity, handhelds, business applications and desktops.

We are seeking someone with the following experience and skills:

    2+ years experience in IT focused on network support and troubleshooting
    Strong communication and people skills
    Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
    Excellent troubleshooting skills
    Ability to work well as part of a team and interact well with individuals at all levels of the organization
    Knowledge and experience with MS-Windows 2000 and 2003 Server and MS-Windows 2000 and XP Workstation operating systems
    Knowledge and experience with MS-Exchange Server 2000, 2003, or 2007
    Knowledge and experience with WAN concepts, firewalls, VPN's, etc
    Ability to prioritize conflicting demands to prioritize, address, and resolve "HelpDesk" issues


Sage MAS 90 Project Manager / Senior Sage MAS 90 Consultant Job Description

 
We are currently seeking a Project Manager or Senior Consultant in our Sage MAS 90 Services Group. This position will focus on the implementation and support of Sage MAS 90 Accounting System software for our clients. This individual will provide clients with Sage MAS 90 implementation planning services, installation and configuration, phone and onsite support, the development of custom reports with Crystal Reports and FRx, the implementation of Sage MAS 90/Web connectivity, and the integration of Sage MAS 90 with EDI applications including Kissinger Associates EDI Advantage, Trusted Link for Windows, True Commerce, and a variety of other EDI tools and applications. We are seeking someone with the following skills:

    In-depth experience with Sage MAS 90 Accounting Software
    Experience performing EDI implementations
    Experience creating custom reports with Crystal Reports
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    Project management skills
    Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
    Ability to work well as part of a team and interact well with individuals at all levels of the organization
    Knowledge of accounting system concepts including General Ledger, A/R, A/P, Inventory, journal entries, and preparation of Financial Statements
